Six-figure Settlement for Fall

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. represented a client who fell on a defective footpath resulting in a significant injury to her shoulder.  Initially, liability was contested by the defendant and an engineering inspection was arranged.  However, we secured a six-figure settlement for our client soon after we issued the proceedings and without client attending Court.
