Severe Crush Injury to Foot

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. Cork acted for a client who suffered a severe crush injury to his foot while at work on building site.  Liability was in issue in the case initially but ultimately was conceded and a six-figure settlement was achieved for our client which includes compensation for his pain and suffering and for his loss of earnings and other out of pocket expenses.
