Bank fails to supply tracker interest mortgage option

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. acted for a client against one of the main Irish banks arising from the failure of the bank to offer our client the option of converting her loan to a tracker interest mortgage rate as provided for in the terms of the loan. The bank contested liability and proceedings were issued which were successfully settled without our client having to attend court to give evidence.
