We acted for a client who was in a road traffic accident and suffered injuries to his neck, shoulder and below his kneecap. The claim was assessed by the Injuries Board which we advised our client to reject. We then arranged for the issue of proceedings which settled without our client having to attend Court for over double what the Injuries Board had assessed our client’s compensation to be.
