Hit by oncoming truck

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. acted for a client who was driving his car when a truck, which was travelling in the opposite direction, lost control and struck our client’s car resulting in his suffering injuries to his neck, shoulder and back. Our client underwent a number of MRIs and had to undergo extensive physiotherapy. Although the Injuries Board made an assessment, this was not deemed by our solicitors to be sufficient, and consequently it was necessary to issue court proceedings. The personal injury claim was thereafter settled without our client having to go to court to give evidence.
