Importance of Proper Policies for Workplace Bullying

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. acted for a client who was bullied in her workplace.  Liability was contested and investigated.  There were not proper policies for the reporting and investigation of bullying claims in the workplace and we secured a settlement for our client following mediation.  Our client was compensated for her injuries and loss of earnings. This case demonstrates the importance of having proper policies for workplace bullying occurrences.
