Settlement for Data Breach

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. Cork acted for a client whose data protection rights were infringed when his bank account details were erroneously provided to another customer of a large multinational company.  Settlement talks took place with the company following which our client was compensated for the data breach.
