Six figure settlement for significant injuries

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors LLP. Cork acted for a client who was injured during the course of his employment resulting in significant injuries.  The case involved complex issues such as pension rights and a breach of a previous settlement reached with our clients employer.  Engineering inspections were necessary and the case was listed for hearing in the High Court and it settled for a large six figure sum having been in the list for a number of days.
