We acted for a client who suffered injuries in two separate accidents during the course of her employment and while we acted for her in the two separate claims, she continued to be an employee. Our client suffered injuries to her knee and her face and also suffered headaches. We were able to ensure that she received compensation for her injuries and also for her loss in earnings for the time that she missed while recovering from her injuries which happened during her employment.
