Multiple Back and Hip Injuries

We acted for a client in a road traffic accident in which she suffered multiple injuries to include back and hip pain and headaches. Although the claim was lodged with the Injuries Board in a timely fashion it remained with the Injuries Board for over 18 months and was then released from the Board who had not arranged all the medicals necessary. We arranged for the issue of Court proceedings and adjusted our client’s claim successfully without her having to attend Court to give evidence.
