Claiming Compensation For Workplace Accidents

Personal injuries can occur as a result of workplace accidents. Over the years we have been faced with helping many clients trying to claim compensation.

At Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors, we acted on behalf of a client who suffered an injury to his foot. This was as a result of operating machinery during the course of his employment. There were multiple Defendants as the accident occurred on a large building site, but none of the Defendant’s would accept responsibility for the accident. We had to instruct an engineer to prepare a report and bring court applications for discovery documentation. The Defendants continued to contest liability and no offers were made. We ran the case in court and our client gave evidence. We won the case with the Judge awarding our client compensation for his injuries caused by the Defendants.
