We acted for a client who was discriminated against by her employer on the grounds of gender and she had also been subjected to harassment. We brought a WRC complaint and also personal injuries claim in respect of the adverse treatment by her employer which resulted in a very successful settlement of both claims for her without her having to give evidence at the WRC or in Court.
