Back Injury

We acted for a client who suffered an injury to his back during the course of his employment. The Injuries Board assessed our client’s claim and we advised our client to reject the Injuries Board assessment of compensation and we subsequently arranged for the issue of Court proceedings. Our client settled his claim without having to attend Court to give evidence for a significantly increased amount of compensation than that which was assessed by the Injuries Board.
