We acted for a client who suffered a head injury due to a dangerously placed shelf in a supermarket. The Injuries Board assessed our client’s claim and we advised her to reject the assessment. We issued Court proceedings on her behalf and the claim settled without her having to give evidence for a significantly increased sum.
